Verified phone number – payed immediately by Paypal. Then they wanted to start an ID procedure where I should send copy of my ID or driver license (on the internet ! Yeah sure!) which I rejected and said to them Send or Refund. I received 2 Keys immediately and the Key is not working. I demanded a complete refund over the site and filed a complaint/dispute over Paypal.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE ! FRADULENT SELLER !
EDIT: So it turned out that upon 8th attempt one of the many permutations i tried finally worked. the id request is true nonetheless but the keys finally worked. I hope it will not be removed from my steam account later. still max 2 stars and i rather choose differently in future.

Ich hoffe dass sich das schnell klärt, ansonsten werde ich das Geld über Paypal wieder zurückziehen müssen.
Hat sich nun erledigt. In der Bestätigungsmail war ne PDF. Ich musste über einen ganz anderen Weg den Key benutzen, um das Spiel zu bekommen. Hat geklappt und der Support hatte vorher innerhalb von 5 Minuten den entscheidenden Hinweis gegeben.

Key cannot be activated. It seems they sent the wrong code (for „the following“ – addon) and not the code for the enhanced edition, witch includes the update but the main game as well.
Steam tells me to activate the main game first which I have no key for.
They did NOT give me a refund (!) and they did NOT provide me with a new key (!). Customer support wrote me one mail per day and was not helpful in the end, as I cannot play the game after two months of problem solving and arguing.
I cannot recommend this seller at all.
