Ich habe mir bei Consogame call of duty black ops II für die ps3 gekauft. Hat ca.35€ gekostet. Bezahlt soweit so gut. Ich erhalte eine E-Mail mit account daten. die daten stimmen nicht. ich wende mich an den support und erhalte einen funktionierenden account. Einige Tage später ist der Account dann zeitlich gesperrt. ich habe mich beim deutschen support gemeldet, doch die haben nur gesagt, dass ich mich beim amerikanischen melden soll. Dort habe ich dann mit 3 Mitarbeitern von Sony über mein Problem geschrieben (auf englisch). Alle 3 sagten, dass das geld, von dem Call of Duty Black Ops II gekauft wurde zurückgezogen wurde und ich somit 60$ schulden hätte. Na dann Herzlichen Glückwunsch, denn auf Anfragen reagiert Consogame wiefolgt:
„As stated in our Terms of Service, we make no guarantee for accounts Playstation 3 and 4. Sales account is functional technology to acquire games cheaply, however, problems can arise if Sony makes updates. That is why we make no warranty for these products (this is explicitly written on the pages of our website, under the Terms & conditions, on the product page and then on the checkout page .)“
Ich habe noch einmal nachgefragt, wieso Sony dann sagt, dass das geld zurückgezogen wurde, glaube aber kaum, dass ich eine hilfreiche antwort erhalten werde.
